Office Visits
Different programs require a different number of sessions, which also vary depending on the personal circumstances of the client. Commonly 3-8 sessions is sufficient. For some habits or simple fears, a single session does the trick. For hypnoanalysis, parts therapy or regressions, more sessions are likely. After most first appointments clients get a free hypnosis CD of the session. Follow-up appointments are usually set for 4-6 weeks after the final session, and some clients request “booster” sessions still later.

Rates and Fees
90 minute consultation: $98. A regular session is 1hr-15 minutes. All sessions within the body of the client's program will be in this category. This includes comprehensive intake, conduct and record a session in hypnosis, then burn the session to CD. Interactive and regression sessions also fit this category.

A free 20-minute initial consultation is still offered to new clients, to learn about hypnosis and if we make a good fit together.

Cancellations
If you must cancel an appointment, please do so as soon as possible and by telephone; I won't see email or a letter in time and my Cancellation Policy will apply: If an appointment is cancelled or missed without 24 hours notice by phone, clients will be billed for the full amount. Appointments for which I have arranged non-regular times or meeting places, will be billed if cancelled under any circumstances.

Allergy Elimination

$195/two-hour session plus a 50-minute Follow-up session at $75. Any further visits that might be required will follow my regular rates as above for 90 minutes. This can occur if there are emotional issues attached to the allergy.

Stop Smoking
$190/two-session minimum to be pre-paid 4 days before the first session, if I agree to accept the client for private sessions. This depends on many things so expect an extended conversation when you telephone. Most smoking cessation clients are referred to Smoking Cessation workshops sponsored by the Bristol Recreation Dept OR to www.HypnosisSelfHelpCD.com, where you can purchase CDs to use in your own home. These are suggested for highly motivated self-starters. With your motivation and either of the excellent CDs offered, you can be smoke-free in 30 days!

Changing the purpose of a session. Follow-up sessions may become regular $98/sessions upon agreement by both parties. This sometimes happens if a client comes for a follow-up but we both realize that another full session (with or without CD) is deemed wanted or necessary. This can only happen, of course, at times when my schedule provides an extra 1/2 hour in which to continue.

HypnoBirthing®
I am no longer doing HypnoBirthing® classes though I am happy to refer clients to those who do. It's a wonderful way to have a safe, easy birth and I wish it had been around when my son was born.

If other, personal issues come up for couples during childbirth preparation of any kind, however, I am happy to address them in private session.

Additionally, I often see mothers-to-be to address fears about birthing and to turn breech presentations.

Workshops occasionally offered in Bristol, Waitsfield, Richmond and Burlington; pre-registration is required by a minimum number of participants so that I can offer these at reduced prices.

Speaking engagements are usually free of charg, except for teaching institutions.
